Email: This is your email address used by us to contact you.
First Name: It's always nice to know who we are talking with :)
Domain: You need to provide a domain in the format http://www.example.com - this is required to be live before you order.
Site Title: A name for your site.
ShareASale ID #: Typically, a six digit number from ShareASale. If you don't already have a ShareASale ID #, CLICK HERE to get one.
Nature Hill: In addition to being a member of ShareASale, you will also need to signup for Nature Hill - they will auto approve your application, CLICK HERE for instructions on how to signup.
Username: Username to login to your web hosting account so we can upload the datafeed and create a MySQL database.
Password: Password to login to your web hosting account so we can upload the datafeed and create a MySQL database.
Template: Either choose to use the default template that we provide, CLICK HERE for an example of a web site using the default template. Or provide us with a personal template that you would like to use (use the Special Instructions to tell us what template you want to use).
Special Instructions: Provide any details that you think are important.

I have just purchased a domain name for my gardening website. I have signed up to be a Shareasale affiliate so am waiting for confirmation. Then I will sign up as a Nature Hill affiliate. I have web hosting with bluehost.com already. And am currently looking for a web template to use.
I am trying to purchase the gardening affiliate site, but am unable to do so. It tells me my domain doesn't exist.
Any suggestions?
